Terms of use

Chrodei provides software that helps pet grooming businesses present services and manage booking requests. Individual salons remain responsible for the services, contact details, availability, and policies they publish.

Booking requests

Availability and appointment status are confirmed by the selected salon's booking flow. If you need to change an eligible appointment, use the My Appointments access provided after booking. A booking request is not a substitute for a salon's own service terms, cancellation policy, or confirmation process.

Business access

Business users are responsible for safeguarding their account access, using the platform lawfully, and keeping their salon profile information accurate. They must not use the platform to submit inaccurate, harmful, or unauthorized information.

Service boundaries

The current pilot supports booking, appointment management, customer accounts, and optional transactional communication when a deployment operator has enabled it. Payments, custom domains, and marketplace services are not provided by the current application.

Availability and changes

Chrodei may maintain, update, or suspend the application to protect security, reliability, or legal compliance. The platform and individual salons may change their published services, availability, and information.

Legal review required

These terms require the operator's legal entity details, governing law, effective date, termination, liability, and other required contractual clauses before production publication. Nothing on this page replaces finalized terms reviewed for the intended pilot.
