Chrodei provides booking tools for pet grooming businesses. Information entered into a salon's booking flow is used to create and manage that visit for the selected salon.

Information we process

Depending on the information you provide, this may include your name, contact details, pet details, appointment details, and account access information. A salon's authorized team can use that information to provide and manage its services. Chrodei also processes business account and operational information needed to provide the platform.

Cookies and similar storage

Chrodei uses first-party essential cookies only. animalia_session secures business-account sessions, and animalia_customer_session secures customer-account sessions. animalia_locale and animalia_theme remember the language and display theme you select. animalia_cookie_notice records that you reviewed the essential-cookie notice. These cookies are HTTP-only, sent with a same-site policy, and marked Secure in production.

No analytics, advertising, cross-site tracking, localStorage, sessionStorage, or third-party cookie provider is configured in this application.

How information is used

Information is used to provide booking, customer-account, salon-account, appointment, and configured transactional-email functions. Transactional email delivery remains disabled until the deployment operator enables and configures a provider.

Salon questions and requests

For a specific appointment, salon service, or customer record, contact the salon using the published details on its public page. The salon is responsible for its published services, availability, contact details, and customer relationship.

Legal review required

Operator identity, controller details, contact details for privacy requests, applicable law, effective date, retention periods, and rights-process information must be supplied and approved by the operator and legal counsel before production publication.
